Book a RepairOur diagnostic visit is included in the service price. If we determine the appliance cannot be repaired economically, you only pay £35 for the diagnostic assessment.
We offer same-day and next-day appointments for most repair requests. Emergency slots are reserved for refrigeration failures where food safety is at risk.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the repair.

If we determine a repair isn't economically viable, we'll explain why and provide guidance on replacement options. You'll only be charged for the diagnostic visit.
All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on both parts and workmanship. If the same issue recurs within that period, we'll return and fix it at no charge.
